Propcom’s Director, Kurtis Woodcroft, has been directly involved in commercial property finance in Queensland for the past 22 years.

He has worked with major Australian banks and a private commercial finance origination businesses. He specialised in corporate/institutional property development and investment finance in various senior management roles. During this time Kurtis has managed significant property finance portfolios – primarily within the Queensland and Northern Territory markets – and has structured and settled finance proposals for transactions totalling more than $3Bn.

Kurtis holds a Bachelor of Business (Management), a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics), various post graduate qualifications and is an accredited finance broker of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.

Banking, finance and finance broking have been part of Michael's daily working life for over two decades now, with some of the country’s largest banks, including ANZ, Suncorp and St George Bank.

Michael began his career in 1997 working in various roles before progressing into senior management and relationship lending roles, specialising in commercial and property lending.

Michael specialises in providing business advisory services focussing on corporate structures, banking and finance relationships, risk mitigation and cash-flow management.

He offer his clients in-depth lending policy knowledge, excellent business and financial analysis skills, experience and networks gained from an extensive career in finance.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) and various post graduate qualifications.

Spanning a broad range of industries and economic conditions, Jake is well positioned to assist with corporate finance requirements having worked in one of the Major Australian Banks in a Senior Relationship Management.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Banking and Finance) degree from the University of Queensland and has obtained qualifications as a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
